Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Food Order Policy

All food orders are non-returnable once delivered. Due to the perishable nature of our food items, we cannot accept returns on delivered meals. Please check your order upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

When We Issue Refunds

We will gladly issue a refund or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong order or missing items
  • Your food arrived in a damaged or spoiled condition
  • There is a significant quality issue with your meal
  • Your order was not delivered within the estimated delivery window

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after the order has been prepared
  • Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
  • Customer was unavailable to receive the delivery
  • Complaints raised more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Personal taste preferences (e.g., spice level, seasoning)

How to Report an Issue

Contact Us

Reach out via your account, phone, or email within 24 hours of delivery.

Share Details

Provide your order number and photos of the issue so we can investigate.

Get Resolved

We will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit within 3-5 business days.

Refunds

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, we will send you an email to notify you of the resolution.

If a refund is approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Alternatively, you may choose store credit for your next order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for a full refund before it enters preparation. Once the kitchen starts preparing your food, cancellations are no longer possible.

Replacements

If your order arrived with wrong or missing items, we will send a replacement at no additional charge as quickly as possible.

Wrong or Missing Items

If you received the wrong items or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
